• Provides spiritual oversight and direction to ensure the church remains faithful to its mission and doctrinal integrity.
• Supervises the celebration of sacraments and ensures worship services are spiritually enriching and doctrinally sound.
• Leads and manages church staff, ministers, and volunteers to ensure effective ministry
  delivery.
• Represents the church in ecumenical, civic, and community settings, building relationships and advocating for kingdom values.
